Electronics Care Gap Audit
Rate your organisation on nine care capabilities, from 0 (none) to 4 (leading practice). Answer for the scope you set in Step 1. If unsure, choose the lower level.
Electronics Health Check Score
List the main equipment classes in service. Use averages per class from your asset register and maintenance records for the last 12 months. The score for each class combines reliability, availability, age, OEM support, operating environment and maintenance regime.

Faulty Electronics Value
Count the faulty, idle and stored units you hold today, by category. The calculator compares two pathways for this stock: scrap everything now, or care first (repair what can be repaired, harvest parts from the rest, then recover materials).

Default emissions factor of 70 kg CO₂e per kg is derived from CME's 2015–2026 record (4,930 t CO₂e avoided across 6,705 units, about 70 t of equipment). Adjust it to a published factor for your equipment class if you have one.
Circularity KPI Indices
Enter what happened to units that failed in the last 12 months. Each failed unit should appear in exactly one outcome.
